Return Policy

  • We want you to be 100% satisfied . If you would like to exchange or return it, we are happy to replace it with another selection or refund the credit card used for the purchase. Just repack the gift in its original packaging (if possible) and RETURN the product to the address below:

  • We will process a refund within 24 hours of receipt of returned products. Credit card purchases are refunded by crediting the full amount of the purchased product back to your credit card or Pal Pal account.
  • For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.
  • We will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
  • All returns must be sent back to the address above within 60 days of the order date.
  • We do NOT accept returns for items that have been partially lost or damaged by customers. 

Terms and Conditions.

This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to purchases by all customers.  By accepting delivery of the products the Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products, you may return the products under the terms and conditions of the  "Return Policy", which is summarized above.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY (I) UNLESS THE CUSTOMER HAS SIGNED A SEPARATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT , IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMENT SHALL GOVERN; OR (II) UNLESS OTHER STANDARD TERMS APPLY TO THE TRANSACTION.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, at Global Test LTD sole discretion.

  1. Other Documents. Other than as specifically provided in any separate formal purchase agreement between Customer and Global Test LTD, these terms and conditions may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document(s). Any attempt to alter, supplement or amend this document or to enter an order for product(s) which is subject to additional or altered terms and conditions will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both Customer and Global Test LTD.
  2. Payment Terms; Orders; Quotes; Interest. Terms of payment are within Global Test LTD sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by Global Test LTD, payment must be received  prior to  acceptance of an order. Payment for the products and services and support may be made by credit card, or some other prearranged payment method.Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law.
  3. Shipping Charges; Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on the invoice(s) and listed in our web site.

 

Limitation of Liability

  • Global Test LTD DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE OR FOR LOST. Global Test LTD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN. CUSTOMER AGREES THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES BUNDLED WITH THE PRODUCTS Global Test LTD will NOT be LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AGGREGATE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT
  • Global Test LTD upgrades and revises its products and service offerings to provide our customers with new products and service offerings.  Global Test LTD may revise and discontinue standardized products at any time without prior notice to customers.
